RouteSlate helps small delivery and courier businesses plan routes, dispatch drivers, and track deliveries in real time - without the enterprise price tag.
Challenge
Local delivery operators were stuck between paper manifests and enterprise TMS platforms. They needed something purpose-built for smaller fleets - cheap, fast, and easy for drivers to use in the field.
Solution
A Laravel + PWA stack: dispatchers plan and assign routes from a web dashboard, drivers get a lightweight mobile PWA for pickups, deliveries, POD capture and route completion - all synced back live.
