Overview
RSVPHost is our SaaS platform that helps event organizers run everything from private parties to conferences: guest lists, RSVPs, custom event pages, ticketing, QR check-in, and reporting.
Challenge
Event teams juggle spreadsheets, mail-merges, printed lists and half a dozen other tools just to run one event. We wanted a single platform that handled invitations to reporting without ever leaving the browser.
Solution
A multi-tenant Laravel SaaS with role-based access, custom event microsites, invitation email flows, on-site QR check-in via mobile, and post-event analytics - all backed by a Stripe subscription and billing engine.
